Horizontal Soft Bearing Balancing Machine BM-20000
Balancing machine ÂÌ-20000 model was designed specially for paper-and-pulp industry enterprises and integrated iron-and-steel works for the balancing of large rollers.
As far as rollers are operated their wear occurs, in result of which quality of a paper tape or a metal sheet is lost. For restoration of the rollers quality they are turned in the lathes with following grinding.
During these repair operations essential displacement of the roller main center axis of inertia relative to its rotation axis results in occurrence of high roller out-of-balance. Therefore a mandatory final operation of repairs is balancing of a roller in a balancing machine.
