Balancing machines for steam turbine and generator rotors
Low speed balancing machines of BM-25000, BM-36000, BM-65000 and BM-90000 models were designed specially for heat power and nuclear power industries.
These are soft bearing balancing machines for precision balancing, sensitivity 0.1 - 0.4 g·mm/kg, ease of set up without the need for any special foundations.
Balancing machines BM-25000 and BM-36000 is easy to transporting in site balancing, eliminating all the risks of transporting rotors.
Balancing machines BM-25000, BM-36000, BM-65000, BM-90000 provides the ability to handle large rotors on site. It is used for balancing motor armatures, turbine and generator rotors, process fans and other equipment.
In prospect it is planned to create machines of load capacity up to 200 tons for turbo-units for nuclear power stations with powers of 1000 MW and more.
